Glød is a close-fitting, sleeveless blouse with a diagonal finish. The blouse is worked in one piece, from the top down, in stocking stitch. Simple edge stitches are used together with increases and decreases worked on both right-side and wrong-side rows. Increases are worked at each shoulder to shape the boat neckline. The back and front sections are then worked separately, before being joined again under the armholes. The work continues in the round on circular needles down to the gradual decreases that form the garment’s diagonal finishing edge.
